Located at 3725 Balboa St, San Francisco, CA 94121, The Laundromat SF operates as a restaurant serving San Francisco in California. This group covers the bars, diners, family restaurants, fast-food spots and other kitchens that serve pizza alongside a broader menu. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Sports bars fill up on game nights and often run pizza-and-pitcher specials; diners and fast-food chains keep long hours, sometimes around the clock. Sales tax is added at the register on top of menu prices.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–2 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach The Laundromat SF at (415) 379-4340; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is thelaundromatsf.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 732 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in San Francisco and suggests consistent service.

San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Francisco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A friend recently introduced me to Laundromat Bagel & Cafe on Balboa Street in the Outer Sunset, and I'm so glad they did. The cafe immediately stood out thanks to the irresistible aroma of freshly baked bagels drifting onto the street. Inside, the space felt airy and inviting, with a thoughtful blend of wood and metal accents that created a warm, modern atmosphere. What impressed me just as much was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, smiling, and genuinely friendly. Their warmth made the experience feel personal and memorable. As for the bagels, they are hands down superior to most bagels I've had in San Francisco. Even without toasting, the exterior had a satisfying crunch while the inside remained light and fluffy. The flavor was wonderfully balancedβ€”neither sweet nor grainy, but pleasantly nutty. Most remarkable of all, the bagels weren't overly chewy, allowing their texture and flavor to shine. The cream cheese deserves special recognition as well. The best way I can describe it is New York meets Bay Area style: dense and creamy, yet somehow light and fluffy, with just the right amount of tanginess. I'm thrilled to have been introduced to Laundromat for its exceptional bag

Im someone who hates waiting in line, but I think this place is worth the 35 min wait. The staff is genuinely nice and wants you to enjoy. The pizza is the star of the show… but DONT skip the truffle honey!!! Or their very cool wine selection! Loved the ambiance & food

Tried both the bagels and vegan broccoli pizza and both were soo good! Pizza had a great amount of cheese and some spice and the broccoli rabe is a cool variation you don’t often see on a pizza! Will definitely order again. There can be lines on the weekend even for pick up but worth it! Staff helped me confirm if the bagel I chose was vegan and the vegan pizza is clearly labeled Staff is really nice too!

went for breakfast, and they have only a small area open where they sell delicious bagels. $3 for a warm fresh bagel and $7 for scallion cream cheese to cover 2 or bagels, and overall well worth it if you're coming with a buddy.

As a bagel enthusiast, I have to agree with the claim that these are the best bagels in SF πŸ₯― The vegan cream cheese is delectable but 1 tub is enough for 4 bagels. Get an everything bagel if you want it fresh and hot or try a poppyseed if you wanna branch out. Plan to eat the bagels elsewhere since there's no seating; I recommend taking them to Lands End 🌁
